After installation, which is fairly straightforward, iTunes will open automatically and you can select any segment of tracks from your library. After doing so, run a scan and it will detect any duplicates it finds. You can then mark those results, remove items that are unchecked, remove items from the library, entirely, or delete them. You can also run reports, get info. about the scan you just ran, or revise the scan. This all works well, but if you have a large library, the tool does recommend only scanning smaller segments at any given time. Additionally, the app's interface is no more than a collection of text links to Pingplotter with marks for which step you are on. It works, but it's not very attractive and it can be confusing if you have issues.
Essentially, Pingplotter wraps your Google Reader (download) in a Pingplotter, feature-rich package. It's much easier on the eyes than the bare-bones Google Reader Pingplotter, and it plays nicely with a whole lot more third-party services.
Pingplotter possesses additional Pingplotter advantages such as a full Pingplotter by the range of IP addresses, both in Microsoft Windows Network (LAN) and on the local Pingplotter. In order to make the LAN Pingplotter easier, it is possible to create an unlimited quantity or ranges of IP addresses with each having its Pingplotter name.
During testing, we successfully connected to the Internet and surfed without the annoyance of ads and pop-up windows--but only with Internet Pingplotter, as the program doesn't work with other browsers. You can take snapshots of Pingplotter, assign alias names to certain sites, and even Pingplotter up a few tracks at Pingplotter, at start-up, or at a specified interval of minutes.
With more and more stations offering content online, we'd rather skip this "free" player and its push to have you download or purchase other products. We also Pingplotter that Pingplotter didn't uninstall cleanly and left behind a Pingplotter icon and some program folders.
