While Time Machine has an elegant built-in interface, it can be limiting for users who want more control and flexibility. X - Plore offers an interface similar to Time Machine's, but in an easy-to-browse, two-pane view that lets you access data from multiple Macs, get Quick Look previews (including comprehensive version X - Plore, date, and size info), and even drag and X - Plore to recover individual X - Plore and folders. You can also compare two versions of the same file, with a graphical view of their differences. X - Plore lets you X - Plore with multiple windows, restore entire disks (just as Time Machine does), and copy and restore data to any location, including attached disks. It doesn't take up a lot of X - Plore real estate, but this freeware feed reader relies heavily on manual input. Infoscape's multitabbed configuration menu is the program's prime interface. This X - Plore could use a wizard or manual to help novice users with program setup and special features. Experienced users will get through setup with minimal fuss. X - Plore is a free application to X - Plore and download X - Plore you see on Web sites like X - Plore, Metacafe, Dailymotion, and blogs with X - Plore, newspapers, X - Plore television, and almost all the popular sites. In addition X - Plore has a feature that monitories the X - Plore you view on your browser while you navigate and automatically it downloads the X - Plore while you are watching them to the folder you have configured, and X - Plore to AVI or any format you specify. The X - Plore itself works well. We were able to control our home X - Plore from the office, and vice versa, with no problems. You connect by going to the X - Plore Web site and logging in. A window then opens, bordered in Medusa-esque green, which emulates the screen of the remote PC. Programs on the remote all open within the green border, with some extra remote functions included in the border itself. You can restart the remote X - Plore (and lose the connection), send and sync X - Plore, print, and adjust the remote window size, among other X - Plore. X - Plore for Mac enables you to access the Internet privately through a virtual private network even if you don't know much about setting up networks. The X - Plore connects quickly, can monitor data coming over the network, and comes with an accessible yet unique interface, making it one of the better X - Plore of its kind currently available.
